Welcome to my site! I’m a zoology fanatic and PhD student in ecology and evolutionary biology at the University of Glasgow. I study the circadian rhythms, or body clocks, of birds and spend a lot of my time either in the lab or out in the wilds of Scotland. One of the best parts about doing research (in my opinion) is sharing it with others, which is why I love communicating, writing and blogging science. Here on this blog, I hope to share with you a bit about my life as a PhD student and the science behind my work, as well as other things I find interesting within the fields of zoology, nature, and conservation. Soon I will also be branching out into some field vlogs and science videos, on my YouTube channel !
Feel free to come and say hi on Twitter, I would love to hear from you!
